SchoolHub PH brings DepEd grading, assessments, lesson planning, learner records, and official forms into one calm, fast workspace โ on your phone or laptop, online or off. Fully updated for the DO 15, s. 2026 Revised Grading System and the three-term calendar.
From the first quiz to the report card โ the everyday tools a Filipino public-school teacher actually reaches for, designed around DepEd workflows.
WW / PT / QA components with the official DO 8, s. 2015 transmutation table and whole-number quarterly grades. A grade shows only once all three parts have scores.
Grade distribution, quarterly trends, pass rates, and an at-risk list โ one tap to each learner's profile.
Write a quiz, print the paper and answer sheets, then photograph filled sheets โ quizzes grade themselves in seconds, entirely on your device, with per-item analysis and one-tap posting to the class record.
Revised grading built in: WWs/PTs/EXs with weighted exams, the adjusted transmutation and zero-based grading, three-term calendar, KS1 descriptive grades, and the Academic Excellence Award โ with legacy DO 8 records left untouched.
A school-wide student directory with photos, then thirteen ID-card designs that auto-fill from each profile and your school logo. Every card gets a scannable QR โ print a batch sheet, export a PNG, or scan an ID with your camera to jump to the learner.
DLL builder, weekly planner, deadlines with calendar export, Report Card (Form 138/SF9), honor roll, and Phil-IRI.
Runs in any browser, installs to your home screen, and keeps working without a connection โ perfect for spotty signal.
The same DepEd-aligned tools, two ways to use them โ a private personal workspace, or a connected whole-school system.
A private, single-user workspace. Nothing to set up across a school โ just open and teach.
A multi-user system for teachers, department heads, and the principal โ together.
Not sure where to start? Try the Teacher Edition today โ you can carry your records into the School Edition later using the built-in backup file.
Teacher Edition: just enter your name. School Edition: create your school as principal, or try a one-tap demo.
Add a subject and section, import your roster from a CSV, or paste a column straight from Excel.
Enter scores; SchoolHub computes quarterly grades, analytics, report cards, and honor rolls automatically.
Turn on encrypted Device Sync to work across devices, and export backups to keep your records safe.
Everyone sees exactly what their role needs โ nothing more.
Manage classes, grades, plans, learner records, and parent communication โ all in a private workspace.
A department dashboard with anonymized performance across their teachers, plus COT and LAC tools.
School setup, the user roster, role assignment, and a school-wide view of performance at a glance.
SchoolHub is built around a simple promise: sensitive learner records live on the teacher's own device, not in a cloud database. Everything that does leave the device is anonymized or encrypted first.
Class records, grades, and learner details are stored locally on your device โ never uploaded to a server in readable form.
Device Sync encrypts your whole dataset with your passphrase before it ever leaves the device. The server stores only ciphertext it cannot read.
Optional password-protected exports use AES-256-GCM, so a backup file is safe even if it's shared or stored somewhere public.
Principals and heads see aggregates only โ class averages and pass rates, never an individual learner's grades.
Designed to support compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). *Aggregated, anonymized summaries may be shared within a school in the School Edition; detailed learner records remain on the teacher's device.
If you're a teacher managing your own classes, use the Teacher Edition โ private, on your device, nothing to set up. If a school wants teachers, department heads, and the principal working together with shared dashboards, use the School Edition.
Your records are encrypted on your device with a passphrase only you know (AES-256), and only that ciphertext is uploaded. The server โ and anyone with access to it โ sees unreadable data. Enter the same passphrase on another device to sync. If two devices both changed, SchoolHub asks which version to keep. Note: a lost passphrase can't be recovered, by design.
No. Both editions run in your browser on any phone or computer. You can "Add to Home Screen" so it opens like an installed app, and it keeps working offline once loaded.
Write your quiz in Quiz Maker (or just enter an answer key) and print its bubble sheets (each has four black alignment squares and a 3-digit student-ID grid). Learners shade their answers; you photograph each sheet with your phone. SchoolHub aligns the photo, reads the bubbles, matches the learner by ID, flags blanks and double-marks for review, shows per-item percentages, and posts scores into your class record โ all on your device, even offline. Nothing is uploaded.
Yes. New class records for SY 2026-2027 onward use the Revised Guidelines: the WWs/PTs/EXs components (with ST1 30% / ST2 30% / TE 40% exams), the new subject-group weights, the adjusted transmutation table for SY 2026-2027 and zero-based grading from SY 2027-2028, the three-term calendar, KS1 descriptive grading, and the Academic Excellence Award. Records already in your books stay on DO 8, s. 2015 so nothing changes retroactively.
Yes. The Students & IDs page builds a school-wide learner directory โ sync it from your class records in one tap, or add students by hand. Each learner gets a profile (with photo) and a printable ID card in any of thirteen designs, auto-filled from the profile and your school logo, with a scannable QR code. Print one card, print a whole sheet for a class, or export a PNG. You can also scan an ID with your camera to open that learner's profile (live scanning works best in Chrome for Android; elsewhere, look up by LRN). The QR generator and card rendering run entirely on your device.
Using the official DepEd transmutation table (DO 8, s. 2015) over the WW / PT / QA components, producing whole-number quarterly grades. A quarter grade appears only once all three components have scores.
No. Teachers publish anonymized summaries that the principal's dashboard reads โ class averages and pass rates, never individual grades. Detailed records stay on each teacher's device.
Yes. Export a backup from the Teacher Edition and restore it in the School Edition under the same name to carry your records over.
Records live on your device, so keep regular backups โ each edition exports a single file (plain or encrypted) you can restore or transfer anytime, and it reminds you when a backup is due. Device Sync adds an encrypted off-device copy for extra safety.
Pick your edition and you'll be grading in minutes โ no installation, works offline, free to try.
